Effective October 2026. Prestige Sound & Light is committed to protecting your privacy under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect: first name, email address, mobile number, event date, venue or suburb, chosen package interest and any message you provide. We may also collect basic analytics (page views, device type) via privacy-friendly tooling.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a tailored quote, and where applicable, manage your booking and event delivery. We do not sell or trade your personal details.
Where it’s stored
Enquiry data is delivered via secure transactional email (Resend, Cloudflare-protected) directly to the business owner’s inbox. Servers are based in supported regions and access is restricted to the business owner.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for a maximum of 24 months from your last interaction. Booking and invoicing records are retained as required by Australian taxation law (typically 5 years).
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, email tom@prestigesoundandlight.com.au with the subject line “Privacy Request”.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads for website measurement. On our enquiry pages, you can allow or decline Google visit and enquiry measurement separately from sending the form. If allowed, Google may use analytics and advertising cookies; personalised advertising stays off for this enquiry flow. Your choice is stored in this tab for up to 24 hours and can be changed beside the form or on its return page. This scoped choice does not control analytics on other website pages or HoneyBook’s own processing of the enquiry.
