What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect: first name, email address, mobile number, event date, venue or suburb, chosen package interest and any message you provide. We may also collect basic analytics (page views, device type) via privacy-friendly tooling.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a tailored quote, and where applicable, manage your booking and event delivery. We do not sell or trade your personal details.
Where it’s stored
Enquiry data is delivered via secure transactional email (Resend, Cloudflare-protected) directly to the business owner’s inbox. Servers are based in supported regions and access is restricted to the business owner.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for a maximum of 24 months from your last interaction. Booking and invoicing records are retained as required by Australian taxation law (typically 5 years).
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, email tom@prestigesoundandlight.com.au with the subject line “Privacy Request”.
Cookies & analytics
The website uses minimal cookies, primarily to deliver the page and measure aggregate, anonymised usage. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
