I provide sound, lighting and event production for Perth businesses — awards nights, conferences, product launches, end-of-year functions and staff events. You deal with one accountable contact from brief to pack-down: the person who quotes the job is the person running it on the night.

Every booking includes speech microphone support, MC cues and announcements, and standard setup, soundcheck and pack-down. We agree the presenter requirements, playback cues, lighting and event timings in your quote, so your team knows who is handling each part of the programme.

Classic covers straightforward presentations and speeches. Signature suits an awards night with more cues and music. Prestige adds time and production for a larger programme. I’ll scope one recommendation against your venue and run sheet.

Signature starts $420 above Classic, adding a fifth hour and enhanced lighting where suitable. Prestige starts another $525 higher for a sixth hour, premium event lighting and dedicated production support. The final scope depends on your venue, microphones, cues and access.

For end-of-year celebrations, staff parties, awards nights and client events, I can also handle DJ entertainment as part of the same corporate booking — one contact for audio, formalities and the dancefloor.

Access and held time

Extended / Early Bump-In or Held Access Time covers venues that need earlier load-in, longer hold-time between setup and event start, or staggered access windows. Quoted up front with your tailored quote, never a surprise on invoice.

  • Package hours are client coverage hours, not labour hours — setup and pack-down sit outside this.
  • Standard setup, normal arrival, pack-down and Perth metro travel are included.
  • Extended metro / outer area travel and regional WA travel are quoted to suit.
  • Additional charges apply only to agreed extra coverage, unusually early or held installation, additional audio zones, regional travel or material access requirements quoted up front.
Booking & payment

Secure the date, simply.

A 50% non-refundable booking fee secures your date. Your date is held once your signed agreement and the 50% booking fee are both received. The balance is due 14 days before your event, and sooner if you book inside that window — full payment up front if your event is 7 days or less away.

Payment schedule
  • Agreement first — your proposal, written agreement and invoice arrive together in one HoneyBook file. The agreement covers your package, date, venue, hours and total. Nothing is payable until you have signed it.
  • Booking fee — 50% of your package total, non-refundable, payable after signing through the same HoneyBook file. Your date is held once your signed agreement and the 50% booking fee are both received.
  • Booking more than 14 days before your event — booking fee now, balance due 14 days before the event.
  • Booking 8–14 days before your event — booking fee now, balance within 48 hours of confirmation.
  • Booking 7 days or less before your event — full payment up front.
  • Signing your agreement confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Cancellation policy
  • The 50% booking fee is non-refundable in all cases except where we cancel, or where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
  • More than 60 days before the event — the booking fee is retained and nothing further is payable.
  • 30 to 59 days before — 75% of the total. 29 days or less — 100% of the total.
  • Cancellations and date changes must be made in writing. One reschedule may be requested and is subject to availability; the booking fee transfers to the new date and updated pricing may apply.
  • Your consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law are preserved.
