Planning Studio

Plan your wedding the way I’d run it.

This is how I plan every wedding I take on. Walk through it and you’ll leave with the package that fits, your music locked, and a run sheet your venue can work from. I do one wedding at a time and treat your day like it’s the only one on my calendar.

  • 01

The package that fits your day — with the price and what's included, no guesswork.

  • 02

Your music locked — the songs you need, and the ones you never want to hear.

  • 03

A run sheet your venue, photographer and celebrant can work from.

Stage 1 · Package

First, let’s find the package that actually fits your day.

What’s the event?
Stage 2 · Playlist

Now the music — the songs you need, and the ones you never want to hear.

Set the direction, lock in the songs that matter, and tell me what to never play. I treat your do-not-play list as seriously as your must-plays.

What kind of night do you want?
The songs that matter

Search a song for each moment. Skip the ones you don’t need — most couples fill 3 or 4.

The big entrance moment.

Soft, ambient — fills the gap.

The one. Can be classic or unexpected.

Optional — father/daughter or mother/son.

Often something cheeky or upbeat.

How you want everyone to remember it.

Must play

Up to 30 tracks — dancefloor anthems, family favourites, the song that means something.

Do not play

Up to 20 tracks. Cheesy clichés, ex-related songs, anything you’d quietly hate. Honest is better than polite.

Anything else

Inside jokes, parents’ favourites, the song from when you met, family situations to dodge — anything that helps me read the room.

Stage 3 · Run sheet

Here’s how your day flows, hour by hour.

Adjust anything — this becomes the sheet your venue, photographer and celebrant work from. I start you on a typical Perth wedding and you shape it from there.

What happens next

Here’s what happens once you send this through.

  1. I confirm your date and put together a tailored quote.
  2. You lock in the date with a booking fee.
  3. I send your planning pack and we set a planning call.
  4. On the day, I run it end to end — one wedding, full attention.

Winter dates have more flexibility. Peak Spring/Summer Saturdays book 9–12 months out.

We had a fantastic wedding thanks to Tom. He was a great MC and had the perfect track selection — definitely fit the vibe.
