Extended / Early Bump-In or Held Access Time from $145 covers venues that need earlier load-in, longer hold-time between setup and event start, or staggered access windows. Quoted up front, not added later.

Pricing rules

Procurement-friendly, on-brand.

Extras only where there's real added complexity — always quoted up front, never a surprise on invoice.

  • Package hours are client coverage hours, not labour hours — setup and pack-down sit outside this.
  • Standard setup, normal arrival, pack-down and Perth metro travel are included.
  • Extended metro / outer area travel from $95. Regional WA travel is quoted to suit.
  • Additional charges may apply for early bump-in or extended held access, extra hours, additional audio zones, stairs or long carry distance, difficult access, venue-specific requirements or approved variations.
  • Add-ons do not change the base package type or replace the package level required for your event.
Booking & payment

Secure the date, simply.

A non-refundable $500 booking fee is required to secure your date. Booking is not secured until payment is received. For events within or on 7 days, full payment is required at booking. For all other bookings, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

Cancellation policy
  • More than 60 days before event: booking fee retained only
  • 15 to 60 days before event: booking fee retained plus 50% of total booking value
  • 14 days or less before event: 100% of total booking value payable
  • Cancellations and date changes must be made in writing. Reschedules are subject to availability and may involve updated pricing or extra charges. Your consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law are preserved.
